The Coroline Cuff itself was very nice but it came very poorly wrapped. I was a bit surprised it survived the transit. It was a gift for my wife, so I had to find an old jewelry box to put it in.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Kailumea jewellery, — and if for any reason it's not quite right, we’re here to help. Whether you’re after a refund or exchange, we’ll do our best to make sure you're happy with the outcome. You can find all the details in our return and exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for items purchased from Kailumea. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be approved before returning items to us.
2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them and will be subject to an inspection for approval. They must also be in the original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase and order number from Kailumea is required for all returns and exchanges.
Faulty Items
If you have received an item which you believe to be damaged or faulty please contact us at info@kailumea.com.au and provide a description of the item being returned, 1-2 clear photos of the item, and your order number and we will be in touch asap.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale ( excluding faulty items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Items purchased at a Stockist.
